You want to take on social responsibility? As a work mediator for employees-oriented customers at the Employment Agency, you can help our customers with all the issues related to the labour market, whether it is development opportunities, job change or re-entry into employment.

Tasks and Activities

• They support job-seekers in their integration into working life, for example by providing information about occupations or helping to prepare for an interview.
• They open up new perspectives through offers such as training or retraining and make decisions for further funding.
• You recognize and promote the potential of your customers.
• They advise and independently accompany a firm customer base.
• You are actively involved in the occupation of workstations.

Requirements

• a (special) university degree (ideally from the social security, administration, law, finance, accounting or personnel management)

• customer-oriented action in various conversation situations and with high workload
• an independent way of working
• a positive basic attitude towards all people and a high acceptance of the social security system in the Federal Republic of Germany

Ideally bring you with

• first experiences with the advice of people
• a good understanding of administrative processes and operational personnel
• experience in the application of legal texts and basic knowledge of legal bases in social law (SGB II, SGB III, SGB I and SGB X) in terms of benefits for integration into work

We offer

• Start of employment: at the next time
• This is a temporary job offer for 24 months
• For reasons of labour law, § 14 para. 2 of the Part-time and Periodic Law only applicants who have never been employed by the Federal Employment Agency before.
• The selection talks are planned in the KW 27, probably on 30.06.2025 and 02.07.2025.
• You will receive a structured incorporation with competent assistance of experienced professionals.
• a payment in accordance with the collective agreement of the Federal Employment Agency (www.arbeitsagentur.de/ba-tariff) which corresponds at least to the level of activity IV level of development 1 plus allowance (currently around € 4.084.66 gross).
• a higher entry level, depending on the previous experience.
• the payment of additional salary components (e.g. annual special payment, if necessary additional monthly allowances).
• flexible working time models taking into account opening and access times of the service.
• a personal policy that promotes the reconciliation of work and private life and supports their employees, for example, with the help of the occupational health management.
• an additional occupational pension scheme, the possibility of a change in remuneration and benefits which are effective in assets.
• many possibilities and offers to use and further develop your skills, e.g. various personnel development programs.
• for people with disabilities the design of a barrier-free working environment so that they can optimally use their skills.
