Your tasks: Here you can design

• Planning and execution of daily day-structuring offers in various fields of work (kitchen, textile, garden)
• Creating individual internship settings and accompanying participants in internships
• Development of target-group-oriented projects with the introduction of their own skills
• knowledge and use of social institutions in the sense of the participants
• Cooperation with the Youth Office on the basis of jointly defined aid objectives
• Implementation of target planning talks and helper conferences
• Working hours mainly between 8:00 and 16:18
• Separate special dates on holidays, weekends or evenings (e.g. market stalls, after-work parties) divided into the team

  You bring that with: Your strengths count with us

• Successfully completed studies: B.A. Social work, social education or medical education
• Ideally experience in working with people with autism and or mental illnesses
• Class B driving license and ideally own car
• You bring a patient value-estimating and target- and resource-oriented approach to
• Good basic knowledge in the current MS Office applications
• Your own ideas and creativity are explicitly welcome
