We extend the team credit analysis and look for backup accordingly. The team is responsible for the careful assessment of the creditworthiness of customers through the analysis of financial data and credit information. It shall ensure that the credits awarded are risk-appropriate and comply with the financial framework of the savings bank. In addition, the team supports the decision-making and consulting of customers with regard to suitable credit products and conditions.

Your tasks – we will inspire you As a credit analyst/-initially, you will provide credit templates for risk-relevant, private customers of our real estate center and private real estate investors focusing on rental & lease. You carry out comprehensive analyses of the financial circumstances of our borrowers and their funded projects. As a basis for sound credit decisions, you will set up detailed capital services (according to the real estate credit policy) and ratings. By means of internal reviews and an effective early warning system, you are responsible for the continuous monitoring of our customers.
