You support and develop your customer portfolio based on defined sales figures (KPIs). You take over the preparation, implementation and documentation of sales-relevant processes and customer discussions You reliably maintain customer and master data in our CRM system. You create and update offers as well as price agreements. You coordinate and organize customer appointments as well as sales and customer events. You conduct customer-related competitive analyses and support tender management. You serve existing customers, attract potential new customers and advise individually on our logistics services. You work closely with internal departments and actively contribute to the further development of our sales.

You have a successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial qualification. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the sales service, inside sales, customer service or the logistics industry. You work service-oriented, communicate with customers and convince by your safe occurrence. You can easily handle CRM systems as well as the usual MS Office applications. You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview of several tasks. Team spirit, commitment as well as a pronounced customer and solution orientation are yours. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and ideally good knowledge of English complete your profile.
