As a machine operator (m/w/d), you play an important role in daily production. At our Lüdenscheid site, you work together with a dedicated team to reliably and efficiently produce high-quality products.

You serve modern production facilities and make sure that the manufacturing processes run smoothly. Work is carried out in the shift system with early, late and night shifts, which take place weekly.

Your job as a machine operator (m/w/d) in Lüdenscheid

• Operation and monitoring of production machines for smooth operation
• Implementation of quality controls and documentation of results
• Detection and elimination of disturbances in the production process
• Compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
• Support in optimizing production processes at Lüdenscheid site

We are looking for

• A completed technical or production engineering training is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
• Good German skills for everyday work
• First experience in machine operation or production desirable
• Technical understanding and safe handling of machinery and equipment
• Reliable, structured functioning and self-initiative
• readiness to work in the shift system (break, late and night shift)
