We are looking for manufacturing trains that want to contribute to the transformation of our Bamberger plant from classic products to innovative hydrogen products. This is what awaits you: 4-6 stations (Auslandsstation - optional): During your 18-24-month program, you will get to know various departments in the manufacturing environment. From the industrialization of the products to the further development of existing processes, exciting specialist and project tasks await you, and you will gain profound experience in manufacturing and manufacturing interfaces. After that, you take on a challenging task in the field of production. Exclusive mentoring: During the program, a mentorin from the top management team supports you in your professional and personal development.
