High-Voltage Grid Services Sales Team Leader * (m/f/d)

You take the technical and disciplinary leadership of the High Voltage sales team with currently 10 employees from Key Account Management, Engineering and Project Management. You bring technical understanding: Your responsible services include planning, construction and operation of substations as well as planning and laying of high-voltage cables in Schleswig-Holstein. You are fully responsible for customer projects: Together with your team, you are taxing projects from acquisitions, performance clarification and delivery planning, engineering planning and implementation to completion, as well as optional transition to operational management. You shape cooperation: You develop employees, set clear priorities for reliable processes and strengthen customer-oriented implementation. You negotiate and decide: With cost estimates, tenders and award negotiations, you bring your experience and expand your professional horizon. You are driving growth forward: Together with the sales manager, you develop further growth opportunities and find sustainable, technically and economically convincing solutions for our customers. You represent our company: As a partner for climate protection, you will have a look at the needs of our customers and will be present on site with customers, project partners and internal interfaces.

Funded know-how: You have a (special) university degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering, business management or a comparable discipline. Leadership that moves: You bring leadership experience, give orientation, create clarity and trust, and are model for our values. Experience in project business: You ideally have comprehensive knowledge of the sales project business and experience in the project management. Technical interest: You bring technical knowledge in the high-voltage environment and are particularly interested in the planning, construction and operation of substations. Customer Focus: You think of customer vision, find sustainable solutions and connect customer needs with economic and technical requirements. Communication & Network: You stand up, negotiate convincingly and work with colleagues across corporate boundaries. Design will: You take responsibility, actively promote themes and keeps the eye for the essential. Digital operation: You are safe in handling MS Office and common IT applications.
