Qualification and recording of all incoming technical complaints in the goods management system (WWS) Order acquisition and processing for spare parts supply in the context of technical complaints Information to the end customer and all parties involved on the status of ongoing and completed complaint cases Ordering our service partners including shipping of spare parts and parts Complete and timely documentation of all the steps carried out in the goods management system (WWS) Creation of credits in the commodity economy system (WWS)

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification in sanitary At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of German and English (in word and writing) Very good MS Office knowledge High level of reliability and organizational talent Teamability and very good communication skills
