CEV serves as a trading real estate service provider, including specialist market centres and shopping centers for third parties as well as numerous objects of the EDEKA association. From project development and refurbishments to classic center management to asset, property and facility management, CEV covers the entire life cycle of retail real estate. Creation of consolidated financial statements according to HGB, including the transfer of reporting packages from foreign subsidiaries Analysis and commentation of consolidated financial statements and assessment of individual financial statements of domestic and foreign subsidiaries Completion of consolidated financial statements (Annex, position report, capital flow statement) Participation in initial and deconsolidation and further changes in company law Responsibility for carrying out real estate assessments and support in Group planning Support for board projects and preparation of presentations for various committee meetings Contact persons for specialist areas, auditors and domestic and foreign subsidiaries in technical matters Support and support in the further development and optimization of group accounting processes

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of finance, economics or engineering or a comparable qualification You have well-founded HGB knowledge and have professional experience in auditing (concert audit) or multi-year experience in consolidated accounting, ideally in a real estate company You are able to communicate even complex issues in a targeted and precise manner You have very good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have a strong analytical ability and have a quick understanding and a structured, self-responsive and reliable way of working.
