Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of electrical installations in ongoing building operation Repair, installation and maintenance work in the field of electrical engineering and building technology Error analysis and independent fault elimination to ensure smooth operation execution of special orders and small projects in the electrotechnical environment Ensuring reliable and secure operation of the entire building technology Close cooperation with other trades and coordination of external service providers

Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics engineer for energy and building technology, electricians, mechatronics (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Professional experience in maintenance, maintenance and reinstallation of electrical installations Knowledge of MSR technology (measurement, control and control technology) desirable Additional qualification in facility management Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work Willingness to participate in readiness (with additional remuneration) Driving licence class B required
