The DKMS Donor Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of DKMS. The Donor Center has the primary tasks of donor registration, donor care and donor placement.

The function owner (m/w/d) reports directly to the COO for the medical field and works closely with the Physicians Team, the Collection Center (CC) Relationship Manager and the International Medical Science Team. The function is the central interface between the DKMS Donor Center (DC), the DKMS CC and the DKMS Group for topics and projects of medical content, as well as for the further development of medical standards and related documents.

We are looking for a Medical Project Manager and Consultant (m/w/d) for Tübingen, Cologne and Dresden at the next possible time, full-time and unlimited.

Responsibility for and coordination of projects with medical content Interface and knowledge management on medical topics between various medical specialist departments of the DKMS companies DC, CC, Group Coordination of cooperation between Donor Center and extraction centres, both within the DKMS and external cooperation partners, with a focus on medical topics and clarification needs Advice on medical issues within the framework of, for example, CC audits Responsibility for medical guidelines and quality standards Analysis and evaluation of medical-scientific issues and preparation and publication

Successfully completed medical studies with approval At least 3 years of relevant professional experience Good knowledge in the field of stem cell donation and transplantation as well as regulatory requirements for extraction centres and medical standards Good knowledge of project management Excellent communication and organizational capability Very good knowledge of German and English
