In your role, you take over the processing and cost tracking of internal and external complaints. They control the quality of complex production processes and supply chains on the basis of the quality standards you have carefully defined. In addition, you will support customer requests for supplier qualification by conducting sound evaluations. At the same time, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system and its compliance. In the field of further development of quality management documentation, you are also actively involved in creating a trans­parent and comprehensible documentation structure. In order to ensure the quality and certification standards as well as to promote consistent improvements, you also actively participate in audits (internal, external, supplier). The management and processing of data as well as their enterprise-wide communication will finally make your area of activity varied and varied.
