Projektmanager (m/w/d) / Bauzeichner (m/w/d) im Industrieen umfeld Monitors and coordinates maintenance, refurbishment and reconstruction work on our buildings. You will check construction equipment for safety and functionality, first call for tenders and documented works. In addition, you control and coordinate construction sites and external service providers and ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards. Your tasks: Creation and maintenance of construction and execution plans with Allplan (Nemetschek) Preparation and implementation of tenders, including lists of services Own development of construction projects (reconstructions, renovations, maintenance) Coordination of construction sites and external service providers Monitoring of deficiencies during the period of guarantee Creation and updating of fire and rescue plans Planning and organisation of internal transfers including appointment Maintenance of inventory plans and object data Cooperation with internal departments and external planning offices
