(Junior) Shopleiter:in / Teamleiter:in (m/w/d) home24

The heart of your task is the friendly, professional advice and support of our customers: when buying furniture, lighting and home accessories on our showroom area You will show alternatives to the set-up and take back products in our showroom as well as the even larger range of our online shops at home24.de Together with Retail Management, you will guide your sales staff:inside and plan their efficient use You are responsible for all topics relevant to the matter, such as daily accounts, training, promotions or other necessary administrative tasks. You are co-responsible for the planning and implementation of the furniture exhibition in compliance with the 'Visual Guidelines' and are responsible for achieving our goals

You already have professional experience in sales or in customer consulting, first experience in managing a team are of advantage You are communicative and enjoy direct contact with your client: You have an affinity for consumer goods and feel for furniture & living trends You have an independent but also team-oriented way of working You have very good German skills, English skills are beneficial
