Number: MER0003ML8 Mercedes-Benz launches the new 'CX Engine' initiative to improve customer feedback measurement and analysis. The focus is on the customer experience, i.e. the customer experience with the brand. This initiative includes the implementation of a software-based platform that consolidates and analyzes both experience and operational data from customer contact points along the entire customer journey, including digital and physical interactions. The rollout activities for the physical contact points began in March 2025. The Customer Experience Measurement and Insights team is looking for support for rollout and project management. The following tasks come to you: Rollout management Support of market key accounts in communication tasks Consolidating the technical requirements of stakeholders Assessment, prioritisation and management of tasks in the project plan Coordination with markets, regions, IT, development teams and external partners Creation of presentations and reports for project management These tasks support the efforts of Mercedes-Benz to improve the customer experience through advanced analyses and insights along the entire customer journey. You will contribute to the implementation of a state-of-the-art CX platform that is in line with the company's commitment to innovation and customer orientation. Data processing and analysis will not be your task.

Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or related fields Very good knowledge of English (German is of advantage) Previous internships or student activities in the field of digital product launches are desirable Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence Strong communication skills and customer orientation Embossed coordination capability Ability to balance the interests of different stakeholders Team and adaptability Creativity and Implementation Strength Affinity for agile working methods Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
