Inspections, maintenance and testing of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities Analysis and rapid correction of technical disturbances in ongoing building operation Implementation of repairs and repair work to ensure trouble-free plant operation Support and support of technical operations at the customer location Digital documentation of maintenance, testing and service operations via mobile devices

Completed training as plant mechanic HKLS, plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, central heating and ventilation builder or mechatronic for refrigeration technology First professional experience in maintenance, maintenance or technical building management Professionals with interest in professional development and further training are welcome Team-oriented, reliable and service-oriented working German knowledge of level B2 and driving licence class B
