Plan budgets, compile cost monitors, reportings, and implement necessary adjustments – when it comes to not only preparing controlling data, but also pulling the right conclusions, you bring things to the point. With your insights about the development of staff numbers (or RTDs) as well as the budgets of our operations units, you are competent to support senior management and board. Among other things, by going to their hands with conclusive presentations and conducting meetings for strategic decision-making. Your ad hoc analyses and tuning always convince in form and quality – and also find an appeal in international reporting within the ING Group. In addition, you are deeply and passionate about the conception and further development of our forecasting and controlling instruments.

Commercial training and/or studies in economics, natural sciences, mathematics or a comparable qualification Ideal experience in controlling in finance environment Routinized in dealing with Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to work into tools like SAP Fiori Self-employed, systematic and analytical methods with high quality standards Communication talent with standing and liabilities Engaged, solution-oriented, helpful and team-ready Open to cultural diversity in an international environment Safe English – oral and written
