We are looking for you as a project manager*in Finance to bring fresh wind to our financial processes. You recognize potentials, tackle new issues and develop sustainable solutions – with a fingertip for people who work with these processes every day. • You take over the project management: You conduct process optimization initiatives and keep an overview of a timely implementation. • You think new structures: you analyze our existing processes in Accounting, Debitors, Creditors and Billing and opt for more efficiency and transparency. • You are driving digitization forward: you are putting modern digital solutions into play and actively shaping the use of ERP and BI systems. • You work strategically: In direct consultation with our Head of Accounting, you support the further development of our financial strategy. • You take the employees with you: Change lives on acceptance. You communicate your solutions in a comprehensible way and ensure a smooth implementation. • You can make data-driven decisions: With your analytical view, you make sure that our financial processes are not only slimmer but also smarter.

Your profile • Qualification: You have a degree in the field of business, finance or a comparable qualification – ideally with experience in an auditing or consulting company focusing on accounting services. • Experience: You bring experience in projects and processes with financial background – like in a dynamic environment. • Analytical thinking: You go on complex topics structured and analytically. • Technical affinity: You know yourself with ERP systems and BI tools – or you want to work intensively. • Communication: You are strong in communication and you are happy to work across areas. • Holistic view: You keep the whole thing in mind – without losing sight of the important details.
