Team management PM Responsibility for the professional and organizational management of patient management (including holiday and absence planning) Interface and contact person for the professional groups of the house in questions of patient management and cost-beneficiary Ensuring a timely and correct billing with the cost carriers as well as optimal bed planning Organisation of proper data transmission to the cost object Continuous development and optimization of internal processes

Quality management Implementation and further development of the internal QM system Ensuring and complying with statutory requirements and certification requirements Implementation of internal audits and preparation of external audits Training and awareness of employees on quality issues

Successfully completed vocational training in healthcare or studies in health management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in patient management and/or quality management in healthcare Leadership experience as well as strong communication and team skills knowledge of the relevant legal framework (e.g. QM guidelines, settlement of stationary and/or outpatient rehabilitation services, legal relationships between patient, hospital and cost carrier) safe handling of MS Office programs, as well as clinic information systems and digital data management Professional and organizational competence as well as economic and process-oriented thinking Support of the basic idea of the clinic (psychotherapy based on Christian faith)
