Our customer is a renowned educational institution that has been driving education in the social, educational and health care sector for many years. On his behalf, we are looking for you, as a homemaster (m/w/d), now, in parttime, for the location in Nuremberg.

Your tasks:

• Monitor and secure order and cleanliness
• Contact for customers with regard to key management
• Implementation of minor repairs and maintenance work in the field of domestic engineering/plant care
• Support in supply, delivery and purchases
• Conversion and cleanup

Your qualification:

• ideally completed technical training or craftsmanship (m/w/d), e.g. electrical, sanitary, building technology, etc.)
• also cross entry possible
• craftsmanship
• safe handling of common IT applications (MS Office)
• independent and solution-oriented operation
• Experience in working and fire protection of advantage
• high time flexibility and physical loadability
• Class B driving licence
