As an object planner (m/w/d) with a focus on building drawings, you are an essential part of our planning team and support the implementation of demanding architectural and engineering projects. With your expertise, you contribute to successful planning and execution and develop the future of building together with us. You process the planning phases based on the HOAI LP 1–5 and bring your expertise to the entire project development Digital planning & construction drawing: You model planning content, create detailed plans and overview drawings – all with state-of-the-art CAD tools like Revit Innovative cooperation: You work model- and database-oriented and are geared to the GOLDBECK-BIM strategy to efficiently shape digital planning processes Teamwork at eye level: In close coordination with internal colleagues and external partners, you ensure that all planning details are worked out exactly and the project progresses successfully Process optimization: You actively contribute to continuously improving and developing our BIM work methods and planning processes

You have a completed training/studies as a building designer (m/w/d), construction engineer (m/w/d), architecture or a comparable qualification Experience in the planning of construction is desirable Knowledge of BIM methodology and 3D modeling with Revit are advantageous You are characterized by a high team capability and are delighted to successfully implement projects together with others Become part of a motivated team that achieves great together.
