Chief Medical Secretary - Central Emergency Department (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for our Central Emergency (ZNA) full-time or part-time. Our central emergency room (ZNA) is the largest emergency room in the Greater Bremen. We provide 45,000 acutely ill and injured people each year, are supra-regional trauma center, supra-regional stroke unit and take over the initial care of all departments of our clinic with several shock rooms. Our four-headed management team will lead around 100 nurses. First of all, as a medical representative, we are looking for a real organizational institution in the office of the chief physician. Your tasks:

• They take over classical secretarial activities such as appointments, telephone calls, post-processing and digital document management

Your profile:

• You have completed training in the field of administration or medicine and ideally have professional experience in the Secretariat
• You have knowledge of the use of the Office programs and are safe in German – the telephone frequency is high
