As an incoming hotel expert or aspiring hotel expert, you will get to know the diverse world of hotel industry from scratch. During your training, you'll run through the different areas of our hotel and gather valuable practical experiences – including in: our Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant KAI3 the stylish restaurant Strönholt our winery the cozy lounge bar Room service the reception the housekeeping and many other exciting areas. From the beginning you are part of our team, work independently and take more responsibility step by step. You can discover your strengths, develop new skills and implement your own projects. Our trainers: You continue their knowledge with enthusiasm – practical, personal and at eye level. You have the middle maturity or the (special)high school tire in your pocket. Perhaps you have already gained first insights into the hotel industry or gastronomy through an internship or a side job – the better! You have joy in dealing with people, are open, cordial and service-oriented. With your friendly appearance and positive radiance, you can welcome guests and give them a good feeling. You speak German fluently, can also communicate safely in English and convince yourself with good forms of handling as well as a well-kept appearance.
