Our client is a dynamic medium-sized company located approximately 30 kilometres from Berlin-Mitte. The traditional engineering and service company is active in the field of energy, with market leaders, and is characterized by a high innovative power.

To support the team, we are looking for an experienced Interim CFO (m/w/d) that accompanies in a transition phase and develops the financial strategy. Responsibility for the entire financial and accounting department Development and implementation of financial strategies to support business growth Creation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines Cooperation with the management team to optimize business processes Leadership and further development of the financial team

Completed degree of economics, finance or a comparable degree programme Multiannual experience in a senior financial position, ideally as CFO or in a comparable role Knowledge of financial and accounting and controlling Embossed analytical skills and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership skills High loadability and flexibility German and English skills
