REQUIREMENTS

• You provide IMAC services and onsite support
• You take over the setup and installation of PCs, laptops and printers and ensure their fault-free operation
• they put out jobs and take over the cabling of the Technology and accompanying moving / rollout activities
• You are interested in technical issues Supporting client systems
• You carry out your tasks carefully and update the information in the ticket system

PROFIL

• You have a completed training as a specialist informant / IT system electronics / System electronics or comparable qualification
• You preferably have first experiences in IT customer support

• You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge English Basic knowledge
• You have a valid car driving license
