In order to support our team at the Headoffice in Lauf an der Pegnitz we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/w/d) in full time. Operational control & process responsibility Ensure efficient and timely order processing You control and optimize the MRP You develop existing processes and bring your own ideas into E-Commerce & Key Account Operations You are a key player for our online key accounts You coordinate logistics processing – both internally and external partners Assortment and data management You optimierst assortments based on sales figures together with the Key Account Management You ensure high availability of goods in close coordination with disposition and logistics You are reviewing product data and Vendor and Marketplace portals Analysis & Performance Control You analyze sales figures and relevant KPIs You conduct data-based optimization measures and develop reporting

Complete studies in the field of business management, e-commerce or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the relevant environment, ideal for fashion, jewelry or lifestyle Experience in collaboration with Key Accounts Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Good Understanding for KPIs Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German and English
