Advice, conception and implementation of solutions based on the Atlassian product family (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage, etc.) in close coordination with the respective department. Requirements analysis and technical implementation in the delivery team – from idea to go level. Customizing, configuration and administration of Atlassian products. Implementation and support of automation and interfaces to optimize our IT service and business processes. Further development of our Atlassian platform. Operation of the Atlassian products as well as the first contact person in case of disturbances, including fault analysis and coordination of the correction. Training and creation of documentation and guidelines.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. application developers). Experiences in the Atlassian ecosystem, ideally with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence. Knowledge of the administration and configuration of the Atlassian tools is desirable. First experiences in customizing as well as in automation (e.g. workflows, scripts, rules) within the Atlassian products are of advantage. Ideally professional experience in IT projects. Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or comparable frameworks. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and rapid understanding. Communication and moderation capability as well as pleasure in cross-team cooperation. Teamability, initiative and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
