Short presentation and your tasks

• Holistic nursing care of accident-surgical and plastic patients of all ages – from young people and young adults to geriatric patients
• Pre- and postoperative care and monitoring after accident surgery and plastic surgery
• care and care of conservatively treated patients (e.g. fractures, soft tissue injuries, immobilisations)
• Implementation of demanding and complex association changes, including wound assessment, aseptic work and corresponding documentation
• Pain management, mobilisation and rehabilitation support
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, physiotherapy, social services and other professional groups
• Advice and guidance of patients and relatives in the care and recovery process
• Ensuring professional care documentation and compliance with quality and hygiene standards

This is important in this job

• Complete exam as a nurse
• Interest or experience in the area of trauma surgery / orthopaedics / plastic surgery
• Professional safety in association changes or willingness to develop in this demanding area
• High level of flexibility, resilience and sense of responsibility
• Sensitivity in dealing with patients in acute and often painful situations
• Team skills, as well as independent and structured working methods
