Successfully completed training for surface coating (m/w/d) with further training as master, technician or comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience is assumed entry possible even without many years of professional experience Experience in the successful implementation of projects, ideally desirable in the field of electroplating First knowledge of the application of modern management tools and methods (e.g. Lean Management, CVP) Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented working methods and openness for new tasks Teamability, communication strength, enforcement ability and safe occurrence Innovation joy, flexibility, problem-solving competence and the desire for independent work
