Calculator - Construction Services / Offers / Subsequent Costing (m/f/d)

You create independently supply and order calculations for our demanding projects in earth and earth construction and thus secure our competitiveness. You analyze and evaluate tender documents, check them for plausibility and thus provide the basis for a successful tendering fee. In close cooperation with the construction and project management, you will develop follow-up offers and support the corresponding negotiations. You continuously maintain and optimize the calculation master data to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our supply processes. You carry out detailed after-calculations and derive valuable potential for future projects from the results.

Your basis is a completed study in civil engineering or a technical training with training as master or technician (m/w/d) in the construction industry. You already bring relevant professional experience in the costing of construction services, ideally in the field of earth and ground construction. With your analytical and precise way of working, you will enjoy dealing with numbers, data and technical details. You work independently and structured, but also appreciate the exchange in the team and with the building management. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are of course for you.
