(Senior) Database Operations & Development Specialist - Remote (m/f/d)

In our customer projects, you work directly in the Managed Services team and take responsibility for stable database environments. You administrate customer systems, keeps performance key figures in mind and derives concrete optimizations. Performance questions motivate you: bottlenecks analyze yourself and develop suitable solutions. Your experience from the company is entering the further development of the admin screen – so you actively shape the roadmap. In the backend development of our tool, you bring your ideas, for example for automations or new evaluation logics. SQL queries, scripts and operations in operation are optimized with regard to efficiency and maintainability. With prioritized incidents, you support a rotating 24/7 range.

Complete study of computer science or a comparable qualification (e.g. training as a specialist for application development) with multi-year professional experience Found experience in database administration Very good knowledge of SQL and Shell scripting (Unix/Linux) Extensive project experience in PHP and JavaScript Solution-oriented thinking and independent work (“Getting Things Done”) Knowledge in Informix is advantageous, but no compelling requirement
