Commercial employee as assistant at management level (m/f/d)

You work directly to the management in all the company tasks involved, carry out independent research and deal with relevant business topics. You are responsible for preparing and developing evaluations, documents, documents and presentations, as well as confidential submissions for decision-making processes. The daily secretarial work, e.g. office organization, file and document management incl. Appointment/ tracking as well as calendar management is not a challenge for you. You will find the organization of meetings, events and appointments for talks incl. Pre- and post-processing as well as participation in meetings including the protocol management. Support for various projects in the field will complete your working day.

We are looking for personalities! For this position, communication at all operational levels and structured work is particularly important to us. This place fits you when you are open-minded and organizational and can set the right priorities. You have a completed commercial training, like training in assistance. Thanks to your computer skills, the handling of common office applications is not a problem for you. Experiences with Microsoft teams are also desirable. A safe and competent appearance, a pragmatic solution orientation and a special measure of empathy complete your profile.
