Projektcoordinator:in Land Management - Wasserfernleitung (m/w/d)

As a central interface take over the leading care and coordination with municipal property owners along the route You coordinate external service providers for addressing private property owners and securing necessary rights You prepare land-based contracts, conduct negotiations and accompany their successful conclusion In addition, you initiate and monitor basic bookings, usability, construction loads and other essential backups You negotiate compensation and regulate agreements to secure management rights Negotiations, communication procedures and processing steps you systematically document in our property management system In addition, you process the project-related correspondence and support in billing and billing operations You are the central contact person for municipal property owners, notaries, authorities and internal specialist departments You support the project management in controlling and tracking all property rights issues in the project
