Your main tasks:

• Object visits – regular control of buildings, installations, lighting
• Technical tests – inspections of electrical equipment, heating (with documentation)
• order and safety – cleanliness, road safety
• Deductions and handovers – Pre-records, create logs
• Handicraft Coordination – Monitoring and Organizing Operations
• Small repairs – detect and troubleshoot defects
• Maintenance – maintenance of machinery, equipment, outdoor equipment

Your profile:

• Professional or commercial training – or experience in object care
• 1-2 years of experience as a homekeeper/homemaster of advantage (also welcome cross-comers!)
• Technical understanding – craftsmanship
• Digital-affin – safe handling of smartphone and PC
• Organizational talent – structured working
• Customer-oriented – carefully and with binding appearance
• Class B driving license
