Operational support of the company's own fleet Operational interface for MRP Organisation and control of maintenance, repair, testing and service dates Monitoring of mileage and damages Processing of accidents, damages and incidents Contact person for our professional drivers for driving-related questions Ensuring compliance with legislation (e.g. UVV, driver's licence controls) Maintenance of fleet and vehicle data using IT systems Support for reporting, evaluations and optimization projects

Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. office management, forwarding), ideally with a further training as a motor vehicle master: First professional experience in fleet, fleet or logistics management desirable Good knowledge about MS Office and SAP Basic knowledge of vehicle technology, leasing and insurance, as well as driver's certificate of Class CE (compulsorily required) Careful, structured and self-employed Communication and service orientation
