This department is responsible for and ensures the top quality of our Autohero stock. Guide the paint shop team of about 5-10 people and make sure to reach the department Take an active role in the selection of new employees and the ongoing development of your team Provide technical guidance for the painting work to be carried out and participate in the introduction of new painting methods Conduct a layer planning and capacity planning for your team Recognize potential for improvement independently and implement them independently in the area of workshop organization and workplace design Conduct internal quality controls and support in ensuring occupational safety and safety in the workshop
