As WMS / TMS Key User, you are the hub for the IT processes at our site. You ensure that our systems run smoothly, work actively on process optimization and are the interface between operating teams, central IT and external service providers. You not only bring technical expertise, but also communicative skills and a strong hands-on mentality.

Philippsburg, Baden

Responsibility for the functionality of all IT-supported logistics processes (WMS / TMS)

Management for implementation, optimization and further development of systems

Coordination with central IT and customers in change requests

Disturbing Support as Single Point of Contact

Control of external service providers on site

Preparation of test plans, implementation of acceptance tests

Development and maintenance of dashboards, reports and system documentation

Implementation of training and documentation

Working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Completed training in the IT, commercial or logistic area (one degree is a plus)

Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), basic knowledge of SQL and AS400

Experience with storage processes and systems as well as incident management (e.g. ITIL)

Analytical and Structured Thinking with Fast Understanding

Embossed communication and team skills

Self-working with hand-on mentality

Loadability, readiness to travel and call

Good knowledge of German and English (French of advantage)

Optional: Prince2 certification and experience with SAP Business Objects
