The waste management companies Lübeck are the municipal environmental service provider in the Hansestadt Lübeck. Over 750 employees: around 215,000 inhabitants are targeted and committed to cleaning the wastewater, environmentally sound waste disposal and clean roads and squares. Leadership and organisation of the workshop team including order assignment and LOB talks Ensuring quality, cleanliness, order and compliance with all instructions Control of repairs, execution of test drives and maintenance of special orders Customer communication including order extensions, complaints and cooperation with reviewers Calculation of orders, use of diagnostic stars and relevant workshop software Implementation of environmental and sustainability standards incl. Documentation

Complete master test as motor vehicle master:in Long-term professional experience in the repair of cars and/or commercial vehicles Driving license class B, ideally additionally C or CE Good basic IT skills, especially MS Office Safe handling of diagnostic testers, partial identification programs and SilverDAT Knowledge of Cosware desirable High internet affinity in dealing with suppliers and service portals Embossed team capacity, resilience and decision strength Critical, motivating and responsible in everyday management
