For our headquarters in Neumünster we are looking for the fastest possible time

at least 25-hour basis. In this exciting position you complement our 13-member team and take responsibility for the legal issues and requirements of our company.

This is about more than classical legal advice: You recognize relevant legal developments and needs for action, assign their importance to our company and derive concrete measures. You ensure that legal requirements are not only known, but are transferred and implemented in our processes and structures together with the respective departments.

You keep an overview of your topics, take responsibility for their management and implementation and regularly agree with the management, team colleagues and national and international contacts.

With your passion for legal issues and your eye for their practical impact, you are a competent partner for our management and colleagues and play a key role in our company success and compliance.

Your tasks

Proactive identification: Self-recognising existing, new and foreseeable legal uncertainties, risks and needs for action – both national and European. Decision preparation: development of specific action options including risk assessment and clear recommendation as a basis for decision-making. Initiation of the decision: Legal escalation of relevant topics and obtaining the necessary decision of management. Responsibility for implementation: transferring the decision taken into concrete measures, processes and responsibilities together with the relevant specialist areas. Control & control: definition and follow-up of responsibilities and deadlines as well as monitoring the implementation until complete completion. Documentation & Transparency: Ensuring a comprehensible documentation of assessment, decision, measures and implementation status.

You have a degree in law, economic law or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in a legal function, legal advice or a comparable position. Not only do you want to examine and advise law, but you are delighted to translate legal requirements into concrete and practical solutions for the company and actively accompany and manage their implementation. You have a strong sense of responsibility and keeps themes independently in mind – from identifying a need for action to successfully implementing it. You can prepare complex legal issues in a comprehensible way, identify impacts and derive clear action options and measures. You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and discretion. You have knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have the pleasure of cross-departmental cooperation and to develop sustainable solutions together with different disciplines. You are a team player, keep track of parallel topics and have fun reaching common goals. You are passionate about the Bestway® brand and identify with our products.
