Your tasks:

• Application planning and support of our service technicians worldwide incl. Service deployment release
• Interface coordination between our customer service teams
• Organization of national and international customer visits for factory training etc.
• Support for international visitors in communication with embassies and consulates
• Creation of logs, statistics, tables, diagrams and master files
• Travel planning, care and preparation incl. Visa processing
• correspondence with international customers, representatives and employees
• Application for A1 certificates and registrations within the EU

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector
• Ideally experience in customer service and deployment planning
• Good English language skills in word and writing, ideally other foreign language skills
• Secure handling of MS Office applications and IT affinity
• customer and service orientation, communication strength, team skills, initiative and intercultural competence
