As a production employee (m/w/d) in the Medebach area, you can ensure that processes in production run smoothly. In this position you work close to the production process and take over tasks that are important for quality, speed and cleanliness in the process.

• You support simple production activities and make sure that materials are available in time.
• The preparation of jobs and the provision of components are your daily business.
• You carry out visual inspections and pay attention to a consistent quality of the finished parts.
• When packaging, sorting or transferring products to the next production step, you actively participate.
• Order and cleanliness in the work area keeps you in mind so that the processes remain safe and efficient.
• Depending on the field of application, you can also support the team in supporting activities on the line or in the manufacturing environment.

For this place, you fit well when you pack reliably and bring joy in practical work. Pre-experience in production is helpful, but no compelling requirement, as you are being worked in structured form.

• First experience as a production employee, production assistant or in a comparable area is advantageous.

• A good understanding of simple work instructions and responsible handling of materials are important.
• Team skills and a reliable way of working help you quickly find yourself in everyday production.
