You are responsible for the technical and commercial handling of rebuilding and refurbishment projects in the field of high-grade installations Planning, control and monitoring of construction sites including quality, costs, appointments and work safety are part of your everyday life You take over the building management of selected, partly complex reconstruction measures and coordinate all project participants Creation of planning, approval and building documents for authorities, contractors and internal bodies Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, technical regulations, DIN standards and environmental and occupational safety regulations Coordination of external contractors, specialist services and internal employees in the context of demanding construction projects Participation in tenders, performance directories, follow-up management and acceptances and documentation

Your profile:

You have a completed university degree in the field of civil engineering, a master or comparable technical training at DQR level 6 Professional experience in building management, rebuilding, refurbishment or maintenance of infrastructure or construction projects ideally bring you with You have knowledge of public building law, licensing procedures and cooperation with authorities Safe handling of VOB, HOAI, DIN standards and technical regulations is desirable Structured, self-responsive and economic work and organizational strength characterize you Communication strength, enforcement and team capacity are your strengths A readiness to travel and a valid driving licence of class B shall be provided
