Team Leader AI Development – Machine Learning & Software Development (m/f/d)

You guide a team of about four agile developers (AI and software engineers) professionally and disciplinefully You promote, coach and motivate your team members in their professional and personal development For a productive, structured and value-adding work environment You plan and conduct experiments to evaluate different machine learning approaches You analyze and evaluate models in terms of accuracy, robustness and efficiency You develop and optimise modern machine learning and deep learning models You integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems and pay attention to scalability and performance You’re testing current developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning You identify new technological applications in the company You evaluate and introduce new tools, methods and MLOps Best Practices You are actively working on implementing AI solutions You support the technical design and implementation of AI-based applications

You have profound knowledge in programming languages such as Python or Java You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality in implementing AI projects with You have extensive experience with machine learning libraries and AI/ML frameworks You have experience in developing and optimizing complex algorithms and system architectures You ideally have experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure You have a pronounced process understanding, are rich in ideas and think service oriented You have the pleasure of making changes sustainable – both in projects and in the team You are communicative, open and like to work in exchange with others You have experience in developing employees and building team structures You can successfully anchor agile principles and a DevOps culture in the team You have very good knowledge of German in C2 level (in terms of word and writing), as the team and stakeholders are fully involved in German. Without this requirement, consideration in the selection process is unfortunately not possible
