You ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the Markant Developer Platform. You develop and operate Observability solutions for monitoring, logging, tracing and aerting. You analyse malfunctions, identify their causes and guide sustainable measures to improve stability. You define and establish key figures to assess availability, performance and service quality and drive their continuous improvement. You design measures to increase the resilience, scalability and reliability of our development platform. You plan, coordinate and perform disaster recovery tests and evaluate their results. You support and empower our development teams to implement reliability and observability requirements. You analyze and solve complex cross-departmental challenges. You continually submit operating documentation, standards and runbooks. You know, you know how to call the development platform.
You have a completed technical training, an IT degree or a comparable qualification. You will bring knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Hyperscaler, Kubernetes, Linux and Monitoring and Observability Solutions. You have experience in operating and optimizing complex IT platforms and distributed systems. You know yourself with monitoring, logging and alerting solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo or comparable technologies. You have knowledge in the fields of automation, infrastructure as code as well as modern operating and deployment procedures. You have experience in the analysis and elimination of complex disorders as well as in the sustainable cause analysis. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills. You work independently and are a real team player at the same time.
