(Senior) Specialist HR - Reporting & Analytics (m/f/d)

Our national HR Reporting, Projects & Systems team is looking for reinforcement at Cologne or Stuttgart locations! As part of our seven-member HR Reporting, Projects & Systems team, you make a decisive contribution to the company's data-based decision making. You significantly shape the construction and further development of our reporting and analysis capabilities in the SAP SuccessFactors environment. You are responsible for creating comprehensive HR reports and actively participate in establishing a new, integrative reporting landscape that provides relevant key figures directly and reliably for different stakeholders. Teamwork & Analysis: You work closely with your colleagues and bring your strengths both in operational and strategic data analysis. Sparring partner for HR teams: You recognize developments and risks in the data, give your HR colleagues targeted advice and use your controlling experience to name action needs and actively develop the processes. Reporting landscape: With your ideas and your analytical mindset, you are questioning existing processes and continuously constructing our reporting landscape together with us. Developing solutions: In exchange with internal and external stakeholders, you develop innovative solutions for complex HR challenges and actively shape the further development of our reporting towards analytics.

What are we looking forward to?

At least two years of professional experience in HR Analytics, Data Analysis or Reporting Complete studies in the field of business, IT, HR or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Found experience in Excel; Knowledge of Power BI or Python are a plus Secure communication in German (C1) independent, solution-oriented working and joy in making changes Good understanding of how HR data are linked in modern systems and what this means for analysis and evaluation
