For 25 years, we, the ZFB ZENTRUM FOR BUCHERHALTUNG GmbH in Leipzig, have set standards for the preservation of cultural historical treasures such as books, files and notebooks. Our customers are both nationally and internationally renowned libraries, archives, museums and administrations. We now want to expand this customer circle and go new ways.

We extend our portfolio in our packaging business segment to an innovative, sustainable and stackable archive solution for private customers (B2C). We are currently testing a prototype and planning a targeted market launch to get valuable customer feedback. For further steps, we are looking for a dynamic sales personality with a well-founded marketing experience that controls the market launch and builds contacts with customers as well as sales partners, such as catalog providers, stationary stores and online platforms.

Your mission with us:**

• Active support and control of the market launch of our innovative packaging solution.
• identification and address of suitable target groups and sales partners.
• Development and implementation of creative sales and marketing strategies.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to target product development.

Who you are:

• They have relevant marketing and sales experience, in particular when introducing new products into the consumer market and managing projects.
• They are courageous and ambitious and are also actively introducing their own creative ideas.
• They enjoy direct customer contact and convince with a sympathetic and sovereign appearance.
• They work independently and aim-oriented, but also appreciate the exchange in the team and with external partners and influence the cooperation in a targeted manner.
