In this role, you are part of a regional customer team and actively shape cooperation with pneumologists. You act as a stimulus, identify and initiate concrete project ideas based on the needs of the pneumologists, connect relevant actors and develop sustainable solutions for regional needs. Through your work, you strengthen long-term partnerships and contribute significantly to the positioning of Chiesi in pneumology. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation in the regional environment. The role could fit you if you have the pleasure of building relationships, taking responsibility and moving something together with others. These are your tasks You actively identify, engage and develop selected pneumologists and relevant regional and supra-regional networks. You take the relationship management, identify needs and develop tailor-made and sustainable solutions together with customers. You strengthen cooperation in the regional customer team by developing relevant offers in co-creation with customers and cross-functional colleagues. You analyze regional situations, guide goals and plan projects and initiatives in close coordination with the team. You take responsibility for cross-area and functional integration as well as for regional and, if necessary, national projects. You recognize trends and developments in pneumology at an early stage and promote an open exchange of information within the teams.

You have completed university studies, e.g. in natural sciences, pharmacy or BWL, or a comparable training, e.g. as MFA or PTA with AMG‐§75-Eignung or as medical devices*in accordance with §83 MPDG. You bring a good understanding of the health market and ideally have experience in dealing with networks in pneumology. You act as a professional conversation partner at eye level and convince by sovereign and empirical communication. You work independently, structured and analytically and bring a strategic way of thinking. You enjoy teamwork, are well connected and show a high self-initiative in an agile environment. You can safely handle digital media and use different communication channels – from face-to-face to virtual. You bring moderation and presentation skills and feel comfortable in (agile) projects. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
