Your Home of IT is an agile product team in the Cluster Identity & Access Management in the Foundation Layer of REWE digital. Here we are responsible for central capabilities for authentication, authorization, identity management and identity governance.

Tasks that keep you posted: You shape the requirement management in the IAM cluster from idea to implementation

You take a central role in stakeholder management and ensure clear communication between disciplines and IT

You raise requirements through workshops, interviews and appropriate methods

You are structuring requirements from business, IT and security and prioritizing them with real added value

You translate technical requirements into Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

You are technically safe in identity management along the entire user life cycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver). You work with directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD or Entra ID and uses HR systems as a leading master data source.

You have a profound understanding of identity & access management with a focus on identity management, digital identities and their relationships across system boundaries. You master central IAM concepts such as Lifecycle Management, Authorization and Role and Permission Concepts (RBAC/ABAC) and are familiar with modern authentication procedures.In addition, you bring experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), especially in Recertifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Audit capability. Your know-how includes directory services and their integration into complex system landscapes. Cloud-based IAM architectures, regulatory requirements and supervision of audits are also familiar to you. You have a good understanding of APIs, data flows and technical relationships, such as REST or SCIM, and can classify risks in authorization management as well as relationships in data and KPIs. You work securely at the interface between business and IT and communicate clearly and constructively, even with different security and business requirements. You have very good German and good English skills.
