They are the first contact person for customer complaints and work with care and precision. You check facts and collect all the necessary information to find quick solutions. Friendly communication, solution-oriented work and ensuring a positive customer experience – both by phone and e-mail – are of course for you. They accept service requests and take care of the timely processing. They receive customers with a smile and ensure a smooth run. You can actively support the appointment and coordination.

You have completed a commercial or banking training and have already gained experience in complaint management. Ideally, you bring knowledge in the sales service. Their operation is characterized by reliability and accuracy. In particular, your very good and stylistic communication convinces you in writing and by phone. A quick understanding, solution orientation, commitment and self-initiative complete your profile. They also keep an overview in turbulent situations, a cool head and a smile on the lips.
