Regional manager for outpatient care – next career step for experienced PDL in Dresden

Takeover of operational and economic co-responsibility for multiple outpatient care services in your region (a regional manager usually supports up to five nursing services) Implementation of group standards (quality, processes, reporting) and continuous improvement of operational performance Sparring partner for PDLs in difficult personnel, quality and customer cases Control of key indicators such as utilisation, productivity, tour planning, personnel use, revenue development and cost structure Development and implementation of concrete measures to improve earnings together with the PDLs and management Ensuring high care quality and testing safety (e.g. MD) Initiation and monitoring of quality measures together with the central QM Support in standardization and sustainable implementation in the teams Support for Recruiting, Employee Liability and Leadership Representation of sites to cost-beneficiaries, authorities and multipliers

Complete qualification in health care, e.g. PDL qualification (nationally recognized) or studies care management/health economy Multiannual successful experience as a nursing service in outpatient care Detectionable leadership experience as well as security in personal control, tour planning, quality and economic key figures Entrepreneurial thinking, numerical understanding and joy in combining operational care quality with economic control Clear communication, enforcement, liability and hands-on mentality Sovereignty in handling tests, standards and quality-relevant requirements according to SGB V/XI readiness to travel within your region and driving licence class B
